EXCELLENT FEELING!

If I am not very wrong in calculation, TRIBHUJ is my 25th publication in the series of Bengali short stories. But it is the first ever publication with a true international circulation. I wholeheartedly like to thank the editorial group of DU KOOL for publishing my TRIBHUJ in its January 2014 issue. It is my sincere expectation that readers of USA and other parts of the world will enjoy the touchy story of TRIBHUJ that is based on rural places like BINNAGURI STATION and DALMORE TEA ESTATE, both being in the district of Jalpaiguri.

My Bengali script entitled, ‘Mando Loker Upakhyan’, written specifically on a professor, who is an active protester against the ongoing pathetic examination system in his popular educational institution, has recently been published in the very first issue of JON SAHITYA PATRIKA, an East Midnapore based new Little Magazine edited by Shree Bireswar Maity.
JON SAHITYA PATRIKA is reported to be available @ INR 50 in PRAVAT LIBRARY (61, Mahatma Gandhi Road, Kolkata – 700009) and PATIRAM (College Street).

I express my special gratitude towards Shree Bireswar Maity and his team for producing a fascinating magazine like this. I wish further growth of this magazine in the days ahead of us.
